Product Warranty

Magrini warrants its Baby Changing Units and Stay-Safe Seats to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period of one year from the date of purchase, when installed and maintained in accordance with Magrini’s written instructions.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, this warranty does not cover:- disposable bed liners, product misuse, theft or vandalism, tampering or misapplication, loads in excess of stated maxima or improper installation.

Magrini’s liability will be limited, at Magrini’s option, to repair or replacement with respect to any claim made within the applicable warranty period referred to above.

Baby Changing Units

Gas struts for obsolete units, straps and labels may be ordered online. Other spare parts and straps for obsolete models are available  -  please call our sales office for details.

Blenders and Juicers

Frequently required spares can be ordered online. The parts relevant to that model are listed under the Accessories Section for each machine. Alternatively, contact our sales office and we will be glad to assist.

All repairs are undertaken at our workshop. Please return the item securely packaged, prepaid, to our address. We will prepare a quotation for your acceptance before carrying out any work. Items warranty is 1 year parts and labour.

Coffee Machines

On-site servicing and repairs can be carried out by our experienced coffee engineers. We also carry an extensive stock of spare parts for direct despatch. Please contact our sales office for more details.
